Preparation
This is certainly an option when you can’t access fresh salmon. You could make this recipe with fresh salmon as well.
In a mixing bowl, place the salmon, make sure you have drained it correctly and remove all bones.
Add the minced onions, soya sauce, mayonnaise and sriracha and combine really well.
To be able to roll these wraps, you should place a parchment paper on top of your rolling mat before proceeding.
Then place a Nori sheet on top.
Use layer of rice and a generous portion/layer of the salmon salad next to it.
Now, roll the sushi as you normally would, except diagonally.
When you cut the sushi, you will only make 2 or 3 out of a row, and they will look like wraps instead of rolls.
Dip in your favorite sauce, perhaps yum yum sauce.
