Preparation

 This is certainly an option when you can’t access fresh salmon. You could make this recipe with fresh salmon as well.

 In a mixing bowl, place the salmon, make sure you have drained it correctly and remove all bones.

 Add the minced onions, soya sauce, mayonnaise and sriracha and combine really well.

 To be able to roll these wraps, you should place a parchment paper on top of your rolling mat before proceeding.

 Then place a Nori sheet on top.

 Use layer of rice and a generous portion/layer of the salmon salad next to it.

 Now, roll the sushi as you normally would, except diagonally.

 When you cut the sushi, you will only make 2 or 3 out of a row, and they will look like wraps instead of rolls.

 Dip in your favorite sauce, perhaps yum yum sauce.
